Week of April 27 to May 1

Feature Writing
Students will submit Weekly Analysis 2 on Monday 4/27 and notes will be checked on Wednesday 4/29. Individual conferences will be held to discuss progress on immersion projects.

English 11
Students will submit Abstract Adjective Character projects by Tuesday 4/28. After viewing the film adaptation of Hamlet, students will be required to draft a one page comparison due Thursday 4/30. Students will also begin writing their Iambic Pentameter poems due Monday 5/4.

Practical English 12
Students will submit Outlines on Monday 4/28 and will begin working on rough drafts of the research projects.

Honors English 10
Students will finish reading To Kill a Mockingbird this week with individual readings on the following dates: Chapters 22 & 23 (4/27), Chapters 24 & 25 (4/28), Chapters 26 & 27 (4/29), and Chapters 28-31 (5/1). Students will also begin working on the Abstract Adjective Character projects.

Journalism
Students will submit the audio recordings for their interviews by Friday 5/1. All class time this week will be devoted to the Oral History Project.
