Week of January 22 to January 25

Career Exploration
Students will complete online personality assessments to determine Myers Briggs responses and will use that information to complete an identity poster.

Honors English 10
Students are responsible for reading chapters 2 & 3 of To Kill a Mockingbird for Tuesday. Chapters 4, 5, and 6 will be due Friday.

Practical English 11
Students will begin researching Puritan history and the Communist Red Scare in preparation for reading Arthur Miller's The Crucible. This week, students will read Act I and complete the corresponding study guide; a quiz will follow upon completion.

Week of January 7 to January 11

Career Exploration
All career cluster documents must be submitted by Monday morning, 1/7. Students will be responsible for bringing in an actual job application. Job application samples must be completed and submitted by Wednesday. Interviews will be scheduled at the end of the week.

Honors English 10
Students will complete worksheets on Infinitives. A test on Verbals will be given on Thursday 1/10.

Practical English 10
Students will read The Necklace and will complete an annotation assignment in class on Tuesday. Final preparations for the Keystones will continue on Wednesday.

Week of January 2 to January 4

Career Exploration
Students must submit all cluster documents by Sunday 1/6 at 11:59 pm. Partial credit will not be available for any documents not submitted at this time.

Honors English 10
Students must complete the packet on Participles and Participial Phrases by Friday 1/4. Students must also complete the first handout for Gerunds by Monday 1/7.

Practical English 10
Students will finish reading Julius Caesar Acts IV and V and will complete both study guides. A quiz will be given on Friday 1/4.
