Week of November 12 to November 16

Career Exploration
Students will work collaboratively to complete a number of problem solving and critical thinking activities. No homework will be assigned until after Thanksgiving break.

Honors English 10
Students will finish reading Fahrenheit 451 on Thursday 11/15 and will be responsible for completing the study guide for Monday 11/19. The final test will be held on Tuesday 11/20. Propaganda projects must be submitted on Tuesday 11/27.

Practical English 10
Students will continue working on Objects and Complements. All worksheets will be due by Wednesday 11/13. A quiz on Direct Objects, Indirect Objects, Predicate Nominatives, and Predicate Adjectives will be held on Thursday 11/15.

Week of November 5 to November 9

Career Exploration
Students will continue Self Evaluation activities. All students must return parent forms by Monday for full credit. Identity Posters will be due no later than Friday 11/9.

Honors English 10
Students will finish Part II by Wednesday and will discuss Dover Beach specifically. The reading schedule for Part III will be given on Wednesday. Students should begin planning Propaganda Project details and should submit a plan by Friday.

Practical English 10
Students will complete the Pearson Middle of the Year online exam. Following the assessment, students will begin a preliminary test to assess knowledge of grammar before beginning the Unit.
