English 11
Students will submit Vocabulary homework on Tuesday 2/21. The second round of note cards and bibliography source cards will be due Wednesday 2/22. Students will work on Participial Phrases for the first half of the week and will be given worksheets to complete in class; any incomplete class assignment will become homework for the following day. Students will be working on an MLA style sentence outline for the research project. The finished version will be due Monday 2/27. Vocabulary quizzes will be given Friday 2/24.
Honors English 10
Students will submit Vocabulary homework on Tuesday 2/21. Vocabulary quizzes will be moved into the following week. Students are responsible for reading Chapters 23-26 of To Kill a Mockingbird by Thursday 2/23 and should be prepared to participate in a brief assessment and open class discussion. The remaining chapters of the book will be due on Tuesday 2/28.
SAT Prep
Students will be completing SAT workbook activities on identifying and correcting common grammatical errors. All work will be completed in class.
