Students will submit outlines on Monday 2/27 and will have to finish worksheets on participial phrases that will also be submitted for a point value. Vocabulary Quiz 11 will be given on Tuesday 2/28. Rough drafts of the research paper will be due at the end of class on Friday 3/2.
Honors English 10
Students will finish To Kill a Mockingbird on Tuesday 2/28 and will have a brief quiz about the last chapters. Students will also complete the Vocabulary 9 quiz on Tuesday. Review of the final chapters will occur during the week and a comprehensive test will be held on Friday 3/2.
SAT Prep
Students will continue working on exercises involving common grammatical mistakes. All work will be completed in class.

Week of February 21 to February 24
English 11
Students will submit Vocabulary homework on Tuesday 2/21. The second round of note cards and bibliography source cards will be due Wednesday 2/22. Students will work on Participial Phrases for the first half of the week and will be given worksheets to complete in class; any incomplete class assignment will become homework for the following day. Students will be working on an MLA style sentence outline for the research project. The finished version will be due Monday 2/27. Vocabulary quizzes will be given Friday 2/24.
